CANCELLATION POLICY
Tan N Glow Hair Salon has a strict cancellation policy that requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or last-minute changes to your appointment. Should you decide at the last minute to remove one or more services from your scheduled appointment, you will be charged in full for these services.
Appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
As a reminder, please call the Tan N Glow Salon as soon as you know you can’t make your scheduled appointment. Thank you!
Phone calls, Text messages OR a direct cancellation via our online booking system are the only way Tan N Glow Salon will accept an appointment cancellation.
We understand that emergencies happen and ask that you contact the salon directly or contact the service provider directly for cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & LATE ARRIVALS
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointments without contacting the salon via phone or text are considered absentee and are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of their scheduled appointment.
If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for their set appointment time, we will make every effort to provide the service for which the remaining time allows. If this is not possible, this may result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service, as outlined in our cancellation policy above. We understand that emergencies happen, but we reserve the right to enforce this policy at any time.

CORRECTION SERVICE POLICY
Tan N Glow salon strives to provide the highest quality of service. If a guest feels that they need to come back for any reason, we require guests to contact management via email at tannglowhair@gmail.com within a week of the performed service. A 15 min in-person appointment is then made to come in and consult with the stylist who originally performed your service. Please keep in mind, your hair health is our ultimate priority, going from darker to lighter tones may require more than one service to achieve your desired goal.
It is our salon policy to revisit the original stylist who performed your service. If you would like another stylist to make any corrections, you will have to pay for the service provided.
Tan N Glow salon does not offer refunds for services. All of our pricing is clearly stated in the SERVICE section of this website.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Tan N Glow salon has the right to refuse service at any time. The comfort and safety of our team and guests is our top priority. If a patron is demonstrating inappropriate or aggressive behaviour, we have the right to stop performing service(s) at any time during the appointment.
Tan N Glow has the right to refuse service requests if our stylists feel uncomfortable or feel like the services to be performed will compromise the integrity of the hair. We will work with you to make recommendations for services that might be safer for your hair overall.
RETURN POLICY
When hair products are purchased in-salon, you can exchange within 5 days of purchase if the item has been unused.
